DELIVERY POLICY
The Native Glory currently ships within Dubai and across all regions of the UAE.
Delivery charge within Dubai is free. Delivery charge across the remaining Emirates depends on each region. To get the exact delivery charge for any region, kindly contact our customer care team through our contact page.
We offer free delivery across all regions of the UAE on orders over AED 700.
We offer next day delivery for orders within Dubai. Delivery across other Emirates typically requires 3-4 days.
For order tracking, you will receive a tracking notification via email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
In case of failed delivery attempt, our delivery couriers will make a maximum of three delivery attempts per order. Our customers will be contacted by the customer service team to re-confirm delivery after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, followed by an SMS alert.
Our customers may be required to sign upon receiving their package.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Our customers may request an exchange for a different size, color or product within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Our customers may return their order for store credit as we do not offer refunds at the moment.
In order for the exchange/return request to be accepted, all items must remain in their original condition. Items must be unaltered and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
For damaged or defective merchandise received by the customer, you will be provided with a replacement with no additional cost, in addition to free return shipping. If the item is out of stock you may choose a different item or a complete refund.
Store credit or exchange will be processed within 3 days from date of receiving your request.
When placing an exchange/return request, kindly mention your Order ID number in addition to the alternate item you wish to receive.
